You can delete your account yourself, directly from the app. Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
1. How to delete your account
- Open the mobile app or go to app.managesportclub.ro.
- Tap your name at the bottom of the side menu.
- Choose Delete account.
- Confirm with Yes, delete my account.
2. What is deleted
- your name, e-mail address, phone number, personal ID number and postal address;
- your profile photo;
- your notifications and the notification tokens of your phones;
- your link to the players you were the guardian of.
After deletion, the account can no longer be signed in to, and the e-mail address is released: you can use it again if you register later.
3. What is kept, and why
Invoices and receipts issued by the club remain archived, because accounting law requires the club to keep them. Attendance records, evaluations and the club’s other documents also remain, but your name is replaced with “Deleted user”.
The player’s data stays with the club, which is its controller: the club decides how long to keep it, according to its own obligations.
4. If you no longer have access to your account
Write to us at [email protected] from the address you registered with. We resolve the request within 30 days at the latest, in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
