FAQ
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Is it really free? What's the catch?+
There's no catch. Teams, players, coaches, parents, attendance, matches, tournaments, the calendar, messages and the mobile app are free and unlimited. You only pay if you turn on an add-on.
Can I use the app just for youth groups?+
Yes. Create as many teams as you want, from the youngest groups to seniors, and each coach sees only their own teams.
Can a parent record the match too?+
Yes. The coach picks a parent or guardian of a player on the team as delegate. The delegate gets a notification and can fill in the live match sheet on match day only.
What if there's no signal at the pitch?+
The match sheet saves actions on the phone and sends them when the connection comes back. You won't lose a single goal.
Can I add my own drills to the Skill Test?+
Yes. On top of the 27 football drills, you can add as many exercises of your own as you like, with the unit of measurement and number of attempts.
My club has other sports too. Does that work?+
Yes. With the Multi-Sport module, football, basketball or swimming live in the same club, each with its own coaches, players and stats.
Do parents have to pay anything?+
No. Parents use the app for free. If you turn on the Finance add-on, they can pay their fees by card right from the app.
